Ross Family Investors is a single-family office led by a father-and-son team.

E. Burke Ross Jr.Principal

Burke founded ADEC Private Equity Investments, LLC in 1992 as his family’s investment vehicle. His background spans direct investments in private businesses and commitments to private equity funds.

Before founding ADEC, he was an Executive Vice President and Partner at Wesray Capital. He graduated from Princeton University and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Ed RossSenior Managing Director

Ed joined ADEC Private Equity in 2018. He previously worked at HealthCor Partners, which invests in healthcare through late-stage venture and growth equity, and at Moag and Company, an investment banking and advisory firm focused on sports.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
